Setup-Checkliste — Hal2026 (SolvePilot)

Goal: Only you (and optionally a second owner) can post/change settings. Everyone else is read-only.

1) Root email (Gmail)

• Create dedicated Gmail: hal2026.solvepilot@gmail.com (or similar)
• Enable 2FA (Authenticator app)
• Add recovery email + recovery phone
• Save backup codes offline
• Store credentials in password manager

2) YouTube

• Create YouTube channel under the Gmail
• Create Brand Account (recommended)
• Add owners/managers (only you + optional second owner)
• Set channel About text (include KI/Human disclosure + pricing transparency)
• Set channel icon + banner

3) Meta (Facebook + Instagram)

• Create Facebook Page: SolvePilot
• Create Instagram account (handle variant)
• Connect IG to FB via Meta Business Suite
• Assign roles (Admin only to you + optional second owner)
• Configure comment/moderation filters

4) LinkedIn

• Create LinkedIn Page: SolvePilot
• Assign Super Admin/Admin only to you (+ optional second)
• Add tagline referencing Hal2026

5) Reddit

• Create account + verify email
• Add short bio (disclosure + transparency line)

6) Security

• Do not reuse passwords
• Enable 2FA everywhere it exists
• Keep API tokens minimal + revoke when done

7) Content sanity

• Always disclose "KI‑Assistent (mit Human‑Support)"
• Avoid impersonation of real people
• Avoid copyrighted brand assets (use original logo)
